BUILDING

Mandarin office center is a modern and functional trade and administrative building class A, designed and created in adherence to all international requirements for qualitative construction, equipment and efficient and mobile space disposition. The total built-up area of the building is 5169 sq. m., situated on 5 above-ground and one underground level. The building is extremely easily accessible and convenient for all tenants and visitors due to its location and underground parking with 26 parking places, secured parking in front of Mandarin office center and the guarded above-ground parking with 1000 parking places in the immediate vicinity (150 m away) of the building.

DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE

Mandarin office center has an individual and non-standard outlook, the effect is strengthened by the dynamic configuration of the structure, the round jetty extensions on the second and third floor on the front South-East facade, the modern architectural solution, the quality of used materials and the extraordinary functionality of the interior.

The unique and attractive architecture of Mandarin office center is a work of architect Kunchev. For the construction of the building are used certified materials of high quality complying with all requirements for modern construction. The decorative materials, used for the exterior design of the building – glass, Etalbond and black granite are of the highest quality and are aesthetically selected to be in harmony with the surrounding buildings. The futuristic outlook of the building is due to the structurally suspended facade with metal covering Etalbond and facade systems “Etem” with Ice Blue glass.

The bearing structure of Mandarin office center is joistless and consists of monolith, steel-concrete plates, columns and earthquake protection discs and is designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements for seismic resistance of IX degree area of earthquake resistance.

COMFORT AND SPACE

MANDARIN OFFICE CENTER has a total built – up area of 5 169 sq.m., including the underground garage with 26 parking lots, ground floor where are located: reception desk, restaurant, two offices, one of them with a separate entrance, and four office floors.

All offices in the building are with Open Space disposition, which provides an opportunity for the tenants to use the office space in the most effective way suitable for their specific activity, with separate server boxes, sanitary premises and kitchenette for each office.
